What we do
Surface & flatness: Professional grinding to tight flatness tolerances (commonly around ≤0.002" across the friction face), with surface finish appropriate for the clutch material.
Inspect & correct: Check heat spots, cracks, and ring gear wear; repair/replace as needed.
Balance: Dynamic balancing to reduce vibration.
Clutch installation: Pressure plate, disc, release system inspected and installed to spec.

Milling & surface finish – Deck height/flatness restored for gasket seal.
Assembly & QA – New seals/springs as required; lash/installed heights verified.

Block, Crank & Rod Machining
Inspection & measurement – Bore diameters, out-of-round, taper, deck condition, journal sizes; compared to OEM specs.
Crankshaft – Journal grinding to spec and micro-polishing for bearing contact.
Blocks – Cylinder boring/honing, deck resurfacing, thread repair.
Connecting rods – Big-end resizing, small-end bushings, alignment checks.
